I did a nice 51.11 cinema, which is taped. It's not overly smooth I doubt... and I don't do it like Ryan at all. There might be luck with that little lift or Pres speeches.

51.11 is rather great, Bryan, and yes the speech skip / pres lines are a tad random, sometimes slow sometimes fast.

Karl told me the strat on AIM after saying that he got a few 1:38's and was going for lower or something. It's PAL strat, but you have to be insanely fast to get the 1st lift opening, so you close it right away. He didn't get lower cuz last lift is a tad random... You must get to first lift at @#%$ insane 50 seconds (!), that's why it takes some good hours to get.

But yeah, karl pwnz. I really believe that, as he said, nobody will do that strat, at least soon. Maybe Bryan if he really goes for it, but "the level is so @#%$ gay that you need moral support by at least 3 person to keep trying", or something (his words

).

50 seconds isn't insane, assuming 50 is when you're hitting B to close the lift and not something stupid like being inside it.

By "PAL strat" do you mean shooting in the hallway? I assumed it was just cut the cinema then go as fast as possible but without any special firing/luring tactics.

It's funny... we always wanted the best lift possible with the old strat. Now we* want the worst ones, so it's possible to arrive before it closes. :lol

I got a 1:38 with cheats on. How the hell do you get 1:37??? The speed must be insane.

I have to say, i am slightly sceptical of these times. Whenever i get a half-decent time, i capture it almost immediately (as in, within an hour). Just get vids on line as soon as possible so we can see for ourselves.

So yeah, I owned Invest.

I did forget to mention in WR post to take off 16:9 ratio and high res when you get to the 2nd laser set. The lag is terrible if you try to strafe the rest using that.

I believe that little trick I did after bot going through last door (one before 1st laser set) saves 1 sec for sure, maybe more. I went through hell to get 130, think I had a high 35 bot fully turned for that and not using trick.
