Need help on Deep See Agent

Guys, can someone tell me about deep sea:

I've been playing it for several hours, but Elvis is never on time in the room where he has to turn on the portals. When I'm finished with clearing out the area around, I'll be finished around 0:58, but Elvis does not show up....

In the movies i've downed everything seems to go smoothly,  (as usual), Elvis arrives exactly at the time when the portal-room is cleared, But when I play it, this never happens.

Can someone tell me, what are the chances that Elvis won't get lost somewhere and buy himself a cup of coffee at the nearest sea-shop?

How many guards are you killing at the start? If you're killing only two in the first room, then the chances of getting a good Elvis are like 1/500 or worse.

Kill four guards in the first room and leave two of them to Elvis. After that, just kill everyone on your way to the circular room. Then pray for a good Elvis, because sometimes he runs really slow. If that happens, just give him a nice double shotgun blast in the head or something.

Or just wait until YE or someone else read your post and start correcting my wrong statements.

You are entirely correct. The more people you kill, the less Elvis has to kill, and the faster he'll warp. He will rarely warp past guards who are still alive, like he does in the WR videos.
