Yeah so you go up the second lift toting a dragon and before it opens you HOICK it over to the RHS of the exploding wall. Then you run over it and the wall is blown up... whee.
edit: Might actually be better, healthwise, if you throw it just to the left of the exploding wall and you run in the gap as soon as it explodes... that way you don't touch much explosion.
You can get 39 blow ups like THAT. And if i'm correct that can yeild like 128.
Careful now, don't die. And don't forget to shoot the keycard dude before entering his room, while you are talking to the regulation guard.
edit: don't blame anyone but the clothes guy when he doesn't die straight away often
