TTs for Defence agent and air base agent

What are some tts to get the WR on defence agent. when the second elivator should close. when you should get the RCP120. when you should start uplinking. Then for air base tts for a 1:20. When you should grab the disgues. When you activate the computer. And when the elivator shuts.

Any extra TTS would be nice also.

Ahhhhhh... nobody replied.... oh well...  defence...  haven't got a clue...  Air Base.  I've got 1:21 on PAL but it was a long time ago...
Get to door to building - late :20.
Top of escalator - :28 ish.
disarm K7 guard - :46 ish
enter lift - :50 ish.
doors open - 1:07 ish (i think)
