I just did some analysis of the War 25 video in Camtasia Studio, and here's what I came up with:
The first frame not part of the intro scene is the frame at 7.00 (last frame of intro is 6.96), meaning control is gained sometime between 0:06.97 and 0:07.00.
The timer is hard to read, especially at the end (this is attributable to the lossy compression of WMV), but one thing can be made out: In the frame starting 0:27.97, the timer changes from 20 to 21 seconds.
Shot fired at King 0:30.86
Charge shot connects 0:30.90
Timer disappears at 0:31.06
The break in the video occurs between 0:33.23 and 0:33.26, meaning a net time somewhere between 0:26.23 and 0:26.28, even assuming the gap occurred during the last frame of gameplay (there could've been even more frames between the cut and the endscene, which would extend the time even longer).
Discuss.
