There have been quite a few calls for one in the last month, and so over the past week Youse, Shade, and myself have gotten together and come up with what we feel to be a fair and balanced complete Proof Call for the entire league. This should hopefully clear up all of the records/top times issues which have been bugging some members for a while now.
Everyone being "called" has been split into 4 groups. They are Near Calls, Far Calls, Suggestions, and Brazilians. So, let's get things started with our friends from (way) south of the border.
The Brazilian Call
As you've seen by now, the whole country is actively working on creating one compilation tape, which will then be sent off to Shade. Because of the nature of the situation, the Brazilans have until April 5th, 2004 for that tape to arrive, before any action will be taken against them. And now, here are a list of the times they should attempt to prove, with highest priority going to everything that's bolded.

Everyone mentioned here will have one month, until March 7th, 2004, before any action (generally the removal of the offending WR) will be taken against them.

The Suggestions
And now, the most relaxed part of the call. No one here will be given any kind of strict deadline or threatened with removal; we are just pointing out some times of theirs which we feel it would be very helpful for the Elite as a whole to have some proof of. Also, we are asking everyone mentioned to point out what times posted here they have provided proof for the in the past, even if the videos never made it online. AND, if a Mod still has those tapes, it would be nice if they would take the time to either make videos of these runs, or send the tape to someone who would be able to.
