Sorry if someone is proven or some crazy oldschool man or something...

1. Kack - He's been kind of under the radar.  Maybe he's sent proof to a brazillian mod or something, but he has some nice times.

2. ICS - Doesn't have Duel 0:03 but he has 1:45 Defection PA!?  

3. Easton - Vitor insists that he is legit, but methinks he is a large dink.

4. Dark Otto - 1:30 Invest on PAL.  Ranked about 900th.  Holy unheard of, Batman!

5. Renemesis - His 4:02 Infiltration SA is mighty suspicious.

yeah, I mean, I even saw kack playing. and omg, Easton is hoarding. he has Defection 5, I saw it in person. also Duel pa 8, really insane. I mean, it counts as legit as I, a trustworthy player (even moreso than narigutita and others) deem to have seen them in person right? I tell you I've been there when he got them. So it's 100% legit, the 1st level WR is 5, the last level WR is 8.

People don't seem to understand the fact that if someone has proof on one level, it doesn't make them legit on every level.  You can have proof on every single level but one, and be lying on that level.  There is no sufficient amount of proof (except every level, which I doubt most of us will ever prove except with scrolling.)
In other words, one old video from someone doesn't fully prove them.

edit: well i had to add this.. as knuckles said, kack sent a tape with mission select screen + playing some levels not long ago. he's like 100% legit. easton never sent a tape i know, but i, as a friend AND as a brazilian ranking moderator, saw him playing a thousand times and check most of his times, for both GE and PD.

u prolly think brazilians cant get good times or something.

sheesh, it keeps amazing me how dumb people can be. that's not even the point, if you're good enough or not. fact is, proof is in order. nothing and nobody excluded.

what's this about my videos? what do you mean you make better quality? if you're talking about my PAL videos, go suck some dicks and see if it goes smoother than my videos, also, I have mpgs of quite some of my times which are alot bigger in size but better quality and such, I also have 500 kbps videos of most. if you're talking about my NTSC videos, you go and a PAL system without having taping problems in your own country where NTSC is the standard. wanna bet your videos won't be better quality than mine?
also, videos are proof issues, not quality issues. at least I have proof and you can see what goes on in my videos, and you can see the end time, the intros and all. there are enough people with videos that are much worse, miss parts, etc etc.

So go cry, cuz you can't win. It's really pathetic that all these brazilian dudes can't fight it out theirselves and need other people to help them with dumb arguments. suckers.. it isn't about who is good or can b e good. this is about honesty and you need proof. I know I could probably get really high in the pd rankings if I really wanted, I just never played alot of pd. I don't sux I just never played alot. dumbass. pathetic. I could go claim alot of WRs right now.. or just alot of really good times, and not give proof. Even though I don't really got the times. And so can everyone else. I bet it's a big complot between the brazilian guys, they come with all these brazilian dudes which don't show proof, then when they get on the rankings, they'll laugh behind our back how they got in with fake times and we'll never find out. now that ain't happening, I'm laughing right back at you if you can't get in the rankings with REAL times but you just can't proof them because you sux so much.

But...Wouter is right in that he hasn't played very much PD, and I believe him when he says he could produce amazing times.  For now, he's transfixed on GE, which he is currently #1 in case you hadn't noticed.  Yeah, maybe soon he will drop to #2, but that doesn't make him any less of a player, it just makes Bryan that much more of a player.  Wouter is amazing, no matter how much he cries about certain things.  Can you get :17?  No.  Can you even graze his untieds with a 10 foot pole?  Probably not.  When (as in, IF*) you are #1 in GE, come back and flame.  Until then, shut up.

Yes, Wouter, I am defending you, but only because they're being almost as immature as you are about :17.

I agree with Wouter on this one.  How can a group of people all be proven because they have seen each other play?  They have no arguement, Vitors was even weak (he had to stoop as low as the old "you have no life" arguement, which is off the subject anyways.)
Yea, I just watched my friend play Perfect Dark, therfore we are both fully proven.  End of story.

it was set (i talked to youse a few months ago) that prooven dudes on brazilian rankings would be prooven on the-elite. and yes we ban guys who dont send a tape when we ask. yeah u want to see the runs etc but as far as i know that wont make difference for them being validated or not.

And that's why they're looking like immature, opinionated jackasses...because they're actually being immature, opinionated jackasses.  They're doing nothing but gameFAQs brand flaming, and there's no reason for it.  Their opinion is nothing more than "you're a PD n00b, we are proven because we each say the other is proven,"  which is very weak and circular.

Btw, I (and lots of others) argue with Wouter semi-regularly (check the "determined" topic in GE for reference).
