What's GE got to do here anyway, this topic is about proof for people in the PD elite, I could go to a Counter Strike site and they wouldn't even care I'd be 1st at GE, it has nothing to do with it here. I think they're just arguing for the sake of arguing.. or trying to make people pissed off or something.

well i dont know if you can read but, like gregk said, was SET that prooven players on the brazilian rankings would be prooven on the-elite, so shut up!
and again, we didnt say that well never send any videos of them, so better you guys start reading before opening your big mouths.

i agree with you that what they said was kinda stupid and totally useless.. like "go play pd". but that's the moment u say something w/o thinking.

ok look what happened, i wont quote cuz im too lazy, but check up there and u'll see.

ok, narigutita isnt a moderator, only a player, and that was, indeed, something not apropriate. but then wouter replies. what do u expect from a moderator? something serious and objective. like "your are not a mod, so easton needs something more than a friend's word".. but what he says?

"OMG i saw kack playing, he's legit. i saw easton playing too, 0:05 defection A and 0:08 duel PA, omg, omg"

that doenst look ANY mature for me. what these guys posted are useless stuff becaus they'r pissed at what wouter said. so, let's forget about these mad posts, since they'r off topic (but yeah wouter was pwned on that, but anyway)

the point is: they'r proven (thx tyler, lol) on the brazilian rankings, and so, prooven at the-elite. i know that u ALL want to see videos but that isnt possible for now. so everything's right.. Kack sent us a tape, so he's totally legit for now. he lives too far from us (us = me, knuckles, narigutita, that elvish hater [Dark_Zero on the ranks], mitrhil, ghus dark, napa, etc), nobody saw him playing. Easton, in the other hand, never sent a tape, therefore, everyone (specially the brazilian mods: me and knuckles) saw him playing many times, and check all his pr's. yeah we never watched any of his runs, but mission select screen times + showing the skills are enough.

I'm not sure who's side to vote for here, so I'll just give my opinion(s).

Greg K is a moderator, he's seen their stuff. He says they're legit, we believe him. That's the point of being a moderator. However, it would be nice to see some videos. We Aussies, Americans, Wouters, etc are all video loving people. You should get a capture card in Brazil to get everything online. Or better yet, send them to Ngamer! :lol  I'm sure he wouldn't mind 40 hours of footage rocking up on his doorstep for him to capture.

But seriously, Greg K says their legit, therefore they're legit on the Elite.

Wow, haven't had a topic this fast-growing on the PD board in like... years.

Well, I pretty much agree with how YE put it.  Yes, Greg K is one of our most trusted proof mods, and so anything that goes through him and makes it to the Brazil ranks is legit for the PDE.  That being said, it would still be nice (not necessary, but certainly helpful) if someone down in Brazil would get a capture card soon (for Xmas, maybe?), so that the rest of the world could see some of the best of these proven vids.

And now to get back on track here... is there anyone, non-Brazilian, who you would like to see proof from?

Many people here would like to see Pernicious 1:52 Infil PA for sure, even if it's not necessary on proof-wise. As far as I know, PP is one of the most trusty-worth members.

Funky Buddha used to tape, but he got horrified when Karl taped over his runs when he was meant to capture them. He hasn't taped since.

In other news, I got bored and created myself a picture proof page. Now you can see my War times, Extraction times, Invest times, Infil, Rescue, Escape, etc. Karl's Rescue SA 2:22 is there as well. 56k beware! There's 42 pictures on that page.

Videos I'd like to see:

Infil PA 1:52 from Pern
Many Invest A 1:30 vids (Easton, Dark Otto)

I agree that Kack and Easton, etc. need further proof. By myself and others stating this, are we saying that these guys are liars? No, so no need to get all in a hissy.

It just makes people uneasy when guys shrouded in mystery like Kack and Easton seem to jump up the rankings like a midget on a thumb tack without anyone ever hearing a word from them with the exception of a handful of other Brazilians. I know it seems normal to all you Brazilians because you know them personally, but they're merely names on the rankings to the rest of us. I think some video proof would make everyone more confident.

i dn thnk fb even plays anymore.. it'd be pretty hard for an out of form player to pull of records of the standard that his records are at, being the best ever achieved etc. Further more, i'd like to extend this argument into saying fb may just in general be the best pd player ever to play the n64..
