Luke summarized it really well. Here's a detailed breakdown for those that are interested:
1st car - Pretty straightforward, though you get backboosted at least 50% of runs on 00A. My first car was optimal.
2nd car - I get through the boxes very cleanly here despite the (back?)boost. The timing of that boost was very fortunate so I didn't lose any significant time. Usually you'll get shot before rounding the box or just after. I also didn't have a guard behind the next box boost which is really nice. I was way past the box when the music starts again which indicates a near-perfect start. The backboost before the 2nd break made the run slightly worse than optimal, leaving the 2nd car around halfway through the high note of the music, which indicates a solid 1:23/1:48 pace. The beginning of the high note is pretty much the best you can get, so this was a great start.
3rd car - The guard at the start here only appears on fast runs and can easily screw up the run. I got a lucky boost past him followed by a 50/50 backboost by the guard halfway through the car. At this point the run was still very good, and on pace for 1:23/1:48, but I have had faster starts. The 3rd break and doors were pretty much optimal. On most runs you'll have an annoying guard by the 3rd break, but since my start was fast, he ran out early and was standing behind the guard that backboosted me (he is triggered at the same time as the guard near the beginning of the car).
4th car - Perfect break and first two guard kills. On 00A it's quite common to get backboosted by the 2nd guard. Got 3 super clean and somewhat lucky guard kills while running through this car, and perfect last guard + doors. An absolutely beautiful 4th car, maybe the best I've ever done on 00A.
5th car - Music started slightly after opening the 2nd door leading to the 5th car, which is really good for a run with 2 backboosts. I could've been slightly slower and still had a solid 1:23/1:48 pace. After this I get a great boost and luckily also no guards standing here. Again perfect door + no guards in the next room. Really nice strafing and approach to the next door. Fantastic middle two doors, and then a good guard kill and 4th door. Music change near the end of the table is amazing (~halfway past table indicates a good 1:23/1:48 pace). 5th break was pretty much the best I could get with the guard standing in the way. You can no-stop the break if he isn't there but it's a bit risky. Had another guard here but fortunately he did a good animation. Good last doors.
6th car - Perfect last break (you'll get boosted here very often so this strat is risky) and I got the kneeling animation on the grey guard which is pretty much required for a clean ending. If he stands and shoots you're pretty much guaranteed a backboost. On SA/00A, you can also get boosted while killing this guard which is quite annoying. The entry into Ouro's room was perfect, and I got a lucky shot on the 2nd guard to avoid a backboost. It's very common to get shot by this guard before Ouro which usually ends with Nat dying. My line to Ouro was perfect and the kill as clean as it gets. Good fast guard kill and positioning for the locks meant I had plenty of time for the locks. With nerves it can still be a nightmare to do though. Considering the situation, my locks were pretty amazing. Missed two but got them both really fast at the end.
Ending - Usually this part is pretty consistent. During the session though I had twice had guards following me to the hiding spot after I ran out of ammo and was sort of scared it might happen again. Fortunately it didn't and my leave was pretty safe resulting in a .37 ending. Given how fast Nat was I could've probably been .2 or so faster. I usually aim for a .4x ending so this wasn't too bad.
TL;DR: Very good start up until halfway through 3rd car, but not quite the best I've had due to the 2.5 backboosts. From 3rd break to Ouro this run was quite literally perfect, which is ridiculous given the difficulty (I don't think I've ever had a run from last break to Ouro this good on 00A). Ending was decent but could've been ~0.2 faster. Overall, a remarkable run. Still shocked that I was able to pull this off.
