With old strat. I can definitely see myself getting 43 on a perfect run. Obviously a little less hard than 42 with new strat. New strat is more messy/laggy/inconsistent and probably does not save a full second?

Your loose turns through the hut is what cost you 25 on that one, most notably the one leaving the top of the stairs to the door. Also, from the door to the bottom of the stairs.
Tighten that shit up and you got this in the bag

And don't make too many small adjustments overall, that will definitely help.
