lol, maybe turning off the sound reduces lag, I think no sound makes emulators run faster. Maybe it's the same for N64.

Lately I've been playing Dam Agent with both music and SFX turned off for exactly that reason, reducing lag. I'm sure it must have some effect.

I play with the sound on/music on usually, but my VCR sucks so it doesnt record the sound well most of the time. I had music on for 35, and the only reason that got 35 is due to me good hut timing and insane Trev. Its hard to tell, but I had about the best Trev you can get on that 35. If I had music off, I would have expected 36, but 35 is a good time as I have had clean runs get 36 before.

yeah that's what I figured got it, must have been an insane Trev. That grenade was also incredibly lucky and the timing was perfect to run straight in there, but when you're good, you get lucky

Thanks. It's been almost 2 months since the last untied (Cradle 35 by Clemens on July 15.) I don't know when the last time we had a drought this long was! I really can't wait to prove Clemens' top 3 theory wrong but hey, there still could be a long road of hard work ahead.

alright I watched the 407. The beginning was very good, probably the best ever, but not enough to have the shock value of something never seen before (like Illu's Jungle 54 did.) Regardless it's clearly "perfect" and anything faster, while possible, would just be considered "more perfect"

Apart from that one missed warp which lost like .15, the run was great, except for obj A up! I could tell you were screwing around the whole ending, but if anything still getting 407 shows how good a run it was. I guess you weren't even really screwing around, and rather were sacrificing a 406 fail for a 407 complete, which is quite unorthodox of you or Boss to do, but was the right choice here.

I had no intention on watching that run but I'm glad I did. Thanks for bringing it up

Yeah another high 55, you got stuck entering library, first room was better but still not insane. clipped the bookcase around nat, imo that was a boost, but it only saved maybe half a normal one cause you were turning, better end up to window, window was really bad.

But still better then your SA overall imo
