Runway agent 23 took me an hour on cruise control. Stan are you 1.1 or 1.2? if you are 1.1 definitely use cruise control. If you dont know what that is look it up right away. Anyway, the trick to runway is to get as many grenade boosts as possible. watch a vid and do what they do, or else just do this:
cut cinemas right away. switch to nades immediatly, stay in left strafe till you get the key. as you go round the first turn, make a sharp veer to the right and go down the ramp in left strafe. it takes practice but you should eventually be able to go down with no stuck. Hold a grenade for a little bit then toss it at the wall of the building near the door, so it bounces off and lands by the door. Open the door at a distance and standing near the wall and bolt in by snapping back on the control stick before you enter. now in this room its laggy so either look up or look down at a 45 degree angle. try to go fast so the grenade will boost you as you exit. then as you are leaving in right strafe, look down and hold a grenade 4 seconds roughly before throwing it straight down and boosting yourself. it helps if the grenade blows up near you. better boosts. just count off "one one thousand "etc in your head. once you get to 4 one thousand, throw it. try to give yourself 3 more grenade boosts this way, then look up a little bit and hope you are near the plane, and hit b rapidly. this should work.
